In 1989, Sri K. Pattabhi Jois conducted an Ashtanga Yoag Workshop in Encinitas, CA. During this workshop he instructed his advanced students in the third and part of the fourth series. This video is from a DVD that includes early footage of Guruji instructing many of today’s top teachers such as Richard Freeman, Chuck Miller, Maty Ezraty, and Tim Miller, leading asanas of the advanced series.
