In this clip, we see a demonstration of an Iyengar Yoga daily inner alignment sequence. Iyengar yoga places particular emphasis on correct action to create space in the body, and eventually the mind. There is not much movement - poses (such as utkatasana and gomukhasana) are quickly moved into and held for lengthy periods.
