In this clip, Beth Sternlieb teaches breast cancer survivors to fight fatique with Iyengar yoga at the integrative medicine center at UCLA. The practice involves using props to help the body to hold the positions as it heals and combats fatigue. Initial results from this pilot project have been extremely encouraging.
