The Danger of Colonics
If you are interested in having a body that is free of toxins and living the healthiest life possible, you have no doubt heard of colonics. Colonics are known by other names such as colon irrigation, and this is different from an enema in that it cleans out the intestine up to the colon while an enema only cleans out the lower portion of the intestine. While there are some reported health benefits of colonics, there are also some dangers associated with them as well.
