What is aromatherapy? 2. A warm bath does wonders for the body. Adding five to six drops of your favorite essential oils to your bath water can double the benefit. This will surely take all the tension and will set you in a relaxed mood.
3. A good massage surely relaxes tense muscles and perks up brain chemistry. The use of aromatherapy oils enhances further the benefits derived from an ordinary massage. You can use any of your favorite essential oils.
