  • Don’t eat foods full of sugar or chocolate too close to bedtime. These are things you should avoid if you have issues with sleep. It is better to have a snack high in magnesium and carbs as these will help you sleep during the night.
  • Try doing relaxation exercises like yoga or meditation to calm your mind and body. This helps you go to bed in a relaxed and peaceful state, which means you’ll sleep better.

You don’t have to take medication to get a good night’s sleep. You may need to do something simple like make some changes to your bedroom and your habits at night.
