Detoxifying Foods: Young Coconut
One of the most overlooked raw foods is the Thailand Young Coconut. Maybe it’s because when most folks think of the word coconut, they think of the big, brown, coconuts with a tree-bark looking shell, and if that’s what comes to mind for you, then think again.
Young Thai Coconuts are not at all like their mature counterparts. Although they naturally have a thin green shell, more often than not, it is removed before it makes it to the grocer’s shelf.
