Detoxifying Foods: Pineapple
Thailand Pineapple is a Superfood that everybody loves. Sweet, juicy with an appealing color, the Thailand Pineapple is chock full of nutrition and can be used for dozens of applications in meal preparation, recipes and adds a beautiful flair of color to any plate.
The tricky thing for some people is getting inside the pineapple to get to the sweet juice and pulp. It isn’t really difficult. Even though the skin of the Pineapple looks sharp and spiny, you’ll find the spikes are fairly soft and easy to cut through.
