The South Beach Diet: History and Details
The South Beach Diet hit the market in 2003 and was met with immediate interest by dieters around the world. The diet was started by a cardiologist from Miami, Florida. The cardiologist, Dr. Arthur Agatston developed the diet based on the idea that there are good carbohydrates and good fats, and when you consume these foods you will have an easier time losing weight and maintaining good heart health.
